Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole SummaryThe Talent Management Specialist will support the delivery and coordination of talent management initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on employee development, performance management, talent programs, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement, ensuring that talent processes are implemented effectively and consistently across the organization.This is not a Talent Acquisition role and does not involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, or managing recruitment activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and administration of talent management programs and initiatives across the organization.Coordinate employee performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and follow-up activities.Support managers and employees throughout the performance management process, ensuring timelines and processes are followed.Assist in identifying high-potential employees, critical talent, and development needs.Support the implementation of career development and employee development programs.Coordinate individual development plans (IDPs) and track employee development actions and progress.Support succession planning and talent review processes, maintaining relevant talent data and documentation.Assist with talent review and calibration sessions, preparing required reports, materials, and data.Track participation and progress across talent development initiatives and provide regular updates to HR leadership.Support the coordination of learning and development initiatives based on identified capability and development gaps.Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent management records, reports, dashboards, and employee data.Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis related to performance, development, talent programs, and workforce capability.Monitor key talent management metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.Support employee engagement and retention initiatives related to talent development and career growth.Ensure talent management processes are aligned with organizational policies and internal HR frameworks.Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and department managers to ensure effective implementation of talent programs.Provide administrative and coordination support for talent management projects and initiatives as required.Required SkillsStrong practical experience in performance management and employee development programs.Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management practices.Experience working with HRIS / HR systems and talent management platforms.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to work with employee and talent data.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Key CompetenciesTalent & Performance ManagementEmployee DevelopmentSuccession PlanningTalent Reviews & CalibrationLearning & DevelopmentHR Analytics & ReportingStakeholder ManagementProgram CoordinationCommunication & PresentationData ManagementOrganization & Attention to DetailRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.Experience Requirement3–5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related HR function.Experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, career development, or high-potential programs.Experience within a large organization, major project, event, or fast-paced environment is an advantage.Location / Work ModeRiyadh, Saudi Arabia. Full-time, On-site.
