Apply & track with Apply EdgeWE’RE HIRING | Talent Management Specialist📍 Dubai, United Arab Emirates | On-site | Full-timeWaypoint is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to support HR operations in Dubai and coordinate employee processes for a diverse international workforce.This is a hands-on role with responsibility for independently coordinating assigned HR activities and working closely with employees, leadership, and external service providers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate recruitment for local and international positions, including screening, initial interviews, candidate pipelines, and background checks.
- Manage onboarding and coordinate employment visas, residence visas, Emirates ID, medical examinations, renewals, and cancellations with authorized providers.
- Maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and documentation for employee changes, leave, and terminations.
- Coordinate payroll information, employee benefits, medical insurance, and leave records.
- Support employee relations, internal communications, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training, coaching, and employee development records.
- Maintain HR systems, prepare workforce reports, and track HR and immigration deadlines.
- Support company policies and applicable UAE employment requirements, coordinating with legal, payroll, immigration, and government service providers.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience.
- Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and employee relations.
- Advanced English proficiency, preferably C1, with excellent professional communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital HR tools.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to coordinate multiple HR processes independently.
- Ability to work effectively with employees from different cultures and nationalities.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous HR experience in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE employment, visa, residency, and immigration processes.
- Experience within DMCC or another UAE free zone.
- Experience supporting multinational companies.
- Knowledge of HRIS, payroll, recruitment, or workforce management systems.
