The company focuses on creating memorable, tailored experiences for every audience and occasion, offering opportunities to work at the intersection of creativity, events, and artist management.Role Description The Talent Manager will oversee day-to-day artist management activities, including onboarding, scheduling, and coordinating performances for ORIGO’s roster of live entertainers. This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara involves building strong relationships with artists and clients, negotiating engagements, and ensuring clear communication of expectations, logistics, and deliverables. The Talent Manager will work closely with event planners and internal teams to match talent to specific events, manage contracts, and support seamless execution on the ground. Responsibilities also include monitoring artist performance quality, gathering feedback, maintaining up-to-date artist profiles and materials, and contributing to talent development strategies and roster expansion. The role requires hands-on involvement in events, occasional evening and weekend work, and proactive problem-solving to handle last-minute changes or issues.QualificationsExperience in talent or artist management, event management, or entertainment industry coordination, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in scheduling, planning, and organizing multiple events and artist engagements, with attention to detail and time management.Strong communication and negotiation abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and professional client-facing demeanor.Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, attend events, and manage on-ground logistics, including flexibility for evenings and weekends as required.Comfort with basic digital tools and platforms for documentation, calendars, databases, and communication (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or talent management software).Demonstrated problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure, and capacity to manage last-minute changes while maintaining a professional and inclusive approach.Knowledge or interest in live music and entertainment across genres such as Bollywood, Sufi, Indie, Folk, Fusion, and regional music is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Communications, Arts, Event Management) or equivalent practical experience in talent or event coordination.
