We work with a roster of creators across major social platforms, helping manage their brand partnerships and overall career growth.About the Role:We're hiring a Talent Manager to take day-to-day ownership of our talents. You'll be the primary point of contact for your assigned talent, managing their schedule, content plans, and brand relationships.Key responsibilities:Serve as the main day-to-day contact for your assigned talents, managing their schedules, deliverables, and general needsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with talents based on trust and consistent communicationCoordinate content planning and ensure talents stay on track with deadlines and deliverablesLiaise with brand and partner contacts on campaign logistics, timelines, and requirementsProgressively take on deal negotiation and closing responsibilities for your assigned talents as you ramp upTrack deal status and outbound/inbound opportunities, keeping internal records up to dateFlag risks early, missed deadlines, talent dissatisfaction, or brand issues before they escalateRepresent Chimera professionally in all external communicationsRequirements:Prior experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field in the creative/media industryStrong relationship-management skills comfortable being a trusted point of contact for talentSolid organizational skills; able to juggle multiple talents, deadlines, and stakeholders at onceConfident communicator, both with talents and with brand/agency contactsBased in or willing to work within KSA/GCC time zonesComfortable working in a growing, fast-moving agency environment
