Operating as a close-knit team, Adore Artists focuses on educating, mentoring, and shaping artists into adaptable, polished professionals.Role Description The Talent Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bandra, responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of models and actors. On a day-to-day basis, the Talent Manager identifies and recruits new talent, conducts assessments of artist profiles, and advises on career strategy, branding, and positioning. This role involves coordinating auditions, castings, campaigns, and events, as well as maintaining strong relationships with production houses, brands, agencies, and other industry stakeholders. The Talent Manager will oversee schedules, negotiate opportunities, and support artists with preparation for shoots, workshops, and promotional activities. The role also includes monitoring performance, providing feedback and guidance, and collaborating with internal teams on PR, social media, and content initiatives that enhance talent visibility and growth.Qualifications Talent management and artist relations skills, including experience in representing models and actors and guiding their career development.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, brands, casting directors, and internal teams.Knowledge of the entertainment, fashion, and media industries, with an understanding of trends in modeling, acting, branding, and social media.Organizational and project coordination skills, including scheduling, event coordination, and managing multiple talent portfolios.Ability to assess talent potential, interpret individual strengths, and create tailored growth strategies for artists.Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bandra, with flexibility for industry schedules, events, and shoots.Proficiency with basic digital tools and social media platforms used for talent promotion and profile management.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Media, Communication, Marketing, Performing Arts, or Business) or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in a talent agency, casting, production, or related entertainment industry role is highly beneficial.
