We believe in creating an inclusive, collaborative environment where talented individuals are empowered to innovate, grow, and make a meaningful impact.Job PurposeThe Capability & Growth Manager will design, build and continuously improve the frameworks that support employee performance, development and career growth across the Group. Acting as the Centre of Excellence for performance management, learning and development, leadership development, succession planning and internal mobility, the role will create practical programmes that strengthen organisational capability and support the retention and progression of talent.What You’ll DoDesign, implement and continuously improve the Group’s performance management framework.Equip managers with the tools, training and guidance required to manage performance effectively.Identify capability and skills gaps across the business and translate them into clear development priorities.Build and manage the learning and development curriculum, programmes and delivery approach.Design and deliver leadership development programmes for people managers at different levels.Establish succession planning frameworks for critical roles in partnership with People Partners and business leaders.Develop internal mobility, career pathway and employee development frameworks that support progression and retention.Partner with People Partners to embed capability and growth initiatives across the Group’s entities.Work closely with Total Rewards to ensure career pathways are aligned with job architecture and levelling.Select and manage external learning providers, facilitators and development partners.Track programme participation, effectiveness and business impact using relevant data and employee feedback.Manage learning and development expenditure within the approved budget.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration or a related field.At least six years of experience in learning and development, capability building, talent management or organisational development.Proven experience designing and implementing performance management frameworks.Strong experience developing learning programmes, leadership initiatives and talent development solutions.Practical knowledge of succession planning, career pathways and internal mobility.Strong programme design, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business needs and capability gaps into practical, scalable people solutions.Comfortable using data and feedback to assess effectiveness and improve programmes.Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, managers and employees.An organisational development, learning and development or coaching certification would be an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesHealth and wellness supportCareer development and learning opportunitiesExposure to high-impact projects and cross-functional teamsA collaborative culture that encourages innovation and ownershipSo, what does it really mean to work at First.Tech?We are building a company where people are empowered to do their best work and grow.
