Talent Manager - Creator Partnership

Role DescriptionThe Influencer Talent Manager will work full time on-site in Mumbai,Source, evaluate, and onboard macro influencers aligned with brand and campaign objectives.Own the end-to-end creator onboarding process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.Build strong relationships with creators and act as their primary point of contact during onboarding.Coordinate contracts, documentation, and compliance for timely creator activation.Maintain and manage the creator pipeline, onboarding tracker, and talent database.Collaborate with Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Campaign teams to ensure successful creator integration.Resolve onboarding queries and continuously improve onboarding processes and creator experience.QualificationsMinimum experience of 3 years Experienced in Creator Onboarding and Influencer Outreach
