The primary focus is on executing practical recruitment tasks including using local channels to fill commercial, technical and operational positions, managing the local recruitment team.and improving hiring processes.Key duties involve handling employer branding activities, maintainingworkplace culture, and coordinating with HQ on recruitment data andreporting. This position also requires regular communication with localdepartment heads to understand their hiring needs, organizing onboardingfor new employees, and completing other assigned HR tasks as needed.The role demands a hands-on approach to ensure effcient hiring operationsand effective team management in the region.Main Responsibilities1.Leverage extensive local recruitment channels (job portals, agencies,.universities) to build a talent pipeline for commercial, technical, andoperational roles.2. Develop, lead and mentor the local team of Talent Acquisition.3. Continuously optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure anexceptional candidate experience and improve the quality of hire.4. Develop and scale a strong local employer brand to attract passivecandidates and establish Lamipak as a top employer in the market.5. Foster an inclusive, high-engagement workplace culture aligned withcorporate values.6. Partner with the HQ Talent Acquisition team to ensuring data consistencyand providing regional insights for global reporting.7. Facilitate the smooth onboarding of local hires into the globalorganization, ensuring they understand and connect with the company'sculture and values.8. Proactively engage with local business department heads and linemanagers to maintain a deep understanding of their operational dynamicsstrategic direction, and evolving talent needs.9. Accept and lead other HR projects or tasks as assigned by the superior.Qualifcations(Education/Knowledge/Working Experience)Qualifcations:1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated feld.2.A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably withinmultinational companies in UAE.3. Language Profciency: Fluent in Chinese and English (both verbal andwritten)is mandatory.4.Demonstrated experience in local recruitment channels and talentsourcing strategies within UAE5.In-depth knowledge of Dubai labor legislation, social security, and taxregulations.6.Proven experience in implementing and optimizing HR processes andsystems.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approachto decision-making.8.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementskills, with the ability to build strong partnerships at all levels.Skills NeededFluent in Arabian is preferred.Fluent in Chinese and English (both
