We work with founders, HR leaders, and SMEs on organizational challenges, combining neuroscience, anatomy, psychology, systems thinking, culture, data, and performance into practical solutions.We're looking to connect with people across the following specializations, whether you're available full-time, part-time, or looking for project-based income alongside your current role:-Interior Design — experience designing workspaces with an evidence-based understanding of how layout, materials, and color affect cognition and behavior.Lighting Design — experience with circadian or human-centric lighting, not just decorative lighting.Acoustic Consulting — experience assessing and designing for sound, noise, and open-plan acoustics.Workplace Strategy — experience planning space allocation and layout based on how teams actually work.Human Factors / Ergonomics — experience assessing the physical interface between people and their workstations.This is not a single fixed role.
