TheCconnects engages a broad audience through digital channels and invites leaders to participate via online submissions and direct contact.Role Description The Talk Show Host at TheCconnects is a full-time remote role responsible for hosting and moderating digital talk shows featuring C-suite executives, founders, and entrepreneurs from around the world. Each day, the host prepares for interviews by researching guests, refining questions, and aligning topics with the platform’s editorial goals. The host conducts engaging, professional conversations on camera or audio, guiding discussions to deliver actionable insights for business leaders and aspiring professionals. Responsibilities include collaborating with the editorial and production teams, promoting upcoming episodes, providing feedback on show format and content, and maintaining consistent, high-quality presentation standards. The host is expected to uphold inclusive communication practices, ensure guest comfort, and represent TheCconnects’ brand voice in all interactions.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in talk show hosting or similar on-air presenting roles, with strong skills in facilitating engaging discussions.Background in Broadcast Journalism or related fields, with familiarity in Broadcasting standards and practices.Experience in Radio or digital audio/video platforms, including working with production teams and technical setups.Excellent Interviewing skills, including research, question design, active listening, and managing time and conversation flow.Exceptional verbal communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse executive and entrepreneurial audiences.Comfort and professionalism in remote, camera-ready environments, including reliable internet and a suitable home work setup.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple guests, episodes, and timelines in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.Prior experience hosting or producing business, leadership, or industry-focused content is highly beneficial; a degree in communications, journalism, media, or a related discipline is a plus.
