Tamheer - Insurance Master Data

Qualifications and Education:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience
• No prior work experience is required.
• Ability to review and validate insurance policy data accurately is preferred
• Ability to analyze insurance policy benefits and coverage is preferred
• Exposure to maintaining and updating master data in a POS or ERP system is preferredJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Download and review insurance policy files to confirm data accuracy before uploading into the POS system
• Add insurance policies to the POS system so that stores can process insurance invoices efficiently
• Update insurance policy benefits, coverage limits, and policy changes to maintain compliance with insurance agreements
• Maintain the accuracy and availability of insurance policy data across all MAGRABi and Doctor M stores in the POS system
• Provide daily support to stores by resolving policy-related inquiries
• Investigate and resolve policy setup and master data issues that would otherwise cause billing errors or claim rejections
