Tamheer Trainee – Finance

About the OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Trainee to join our Finance team. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in corporate treasury, cash management and financial reporting within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.The trainee will work closely with experienced finance professionals, supporting daily treasury activities while developing a strong understanding of treasury operations, financial controls, and corporate finance best practices. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily cash management and liquidity monitoring activities.Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and treasury reports.Coordinate with banks on routine banking transactions and account administration.Support payment processing while ensuring compliance with internal policies and approval workflows.Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.Maintain treasury records, documentation, and banking files.Assist with foreign exchange transactions and bank guarantees, when applicable.Support month-end closing activities related to treasury.Prepare reports and presentations for the finance team as required.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and treasury automation projects.Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.QualificationsEligible for the Tamheer Program.Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.Good communication and interpersonal skills.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.Eagerness to learn and develop within a corporate finance environment.
