TAMM Operating System (TAMM OS) is a specialized, low-code software development and technology platform developed by the Abu Dhabi government, it functions as a backend ecosystem designed exclusively for government entities.About the RoleThe TAMM OS Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying digital government services and workflows on the TAMM platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy digital services using TAMM Workbench and TAMM OS.Build responsive user interfaces aligned with TAMM Design Language System (DLS) standards.Integrate TAMM services with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.Configure workflows, business processes, forms, and automation components.Support application lifecycle management, releases, and compliance with government standards.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.3+ years of software development experience.Hands-on experience with the TAMM platform is highly preferred.Strong frontend development skills using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.Backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, and/or .NET Core.Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise system integration.Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.UAE government digital transformation project experience would be an advantage.Good to haveCamunda BPMDocker / KubernetesElasticsearch________________________________________Why working at SWORD ?Enjoy a Hybrid or Remote Work EnvironmentBeing part of a Dynamic and Supportive Environment focused on Employee WellnessGain International Exposure and Multicultural ExperienceLearn from a Diversified Team of experts across the worldParticipate in major projects with industry leadersHave the possibility to relocate to a regional office within SWORD Group
