About the roleWe are looking for a strategic, analytical, and data-driven Strategy & Business Operations Expert to own the end-to-end design, execution, and monitoring of our business target and performance management framework.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end business planning, target setting (quarterly/monthly), and performance management framework aligned with long-term strategic objectives.Systematically monitor market dynamics and competitive performance to proactively recalibrate targets and resource allocation in response to market shifts.Establish and scale an integrated performance tracking infrastructure, delivering high-impact executive business reviews (MBRs, WBRs, DBRs) to drive decision-making.Lead deep-dive analytical projects on key business challenges—owning the full lifecycle from problem definition and data analysis to executive-level communication.Explore and integrate AI and machine learning tools into business monitoring workflows to automate anomaly detection, trend forecasting, and predictive analytics.Translate strategic goals into actionable data rules, tagging systems, and structured KPI frameworks to maintain cross-team consistency and goal accountability.Partner horizontally with Product, Tech, Data, and Business teams to translate complex quantitative insights into actionable strategic recommendations.Requirements5+ years of experience in Strategy Operations, Data Operations, Business Operations, or Data Product roles within fast-paced environments.Highly data-sensitive with advanced analytical capabilities and hands-on proficiency in SQL.Proven track record in systematic planning—capable of converting complex business objectives into scalable KPI systems and operational frameworks.Clear logical thinking and exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management skills across Data, Product, Tech, and Business leadership.Demonstrated experience using quantitative analysis, market research, and data visualization tools to influence executive-level decision-making.Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.Keeta Brazil is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
