Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a Tariff Framework Management Specialist to develop and implement a tariff framework from the ground up for our client, a leading semi government in Abu Dhabi.This role requires expertise in tariff strategy, pricing methodologies, financial modelling, stakeholder management, and regulatory engagement to establish a sustainable tariff structure across multiple business entities.This is a permanent role in the organization and reports to the Tariff Management VP within the Tariff Management department.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive tariff framework from the ground up.Design tariff methodologies, pricing models, and supporting governance processes.Develop pricing assumptions and financial models to support tariff proposals.Identify, analyse, and validate key cost drivers that influence tariff structures.Work closely with Corporate Directors and leadership teams across four subsidiaries to align tariff strategies with business objectives.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to establish tariff and fee structures for services.Prepare tariff proposals and supporting documentation for submission to Abu Dhabi environmental and regulatory authorities for review and approval.Conduct financial, commercial, and market analysis to ensure tariffs are commercially viable and aligned with regulatory expectations.Benchmark tariff models and industry best practices to support the development of effective pricing strategies.Present recommendations and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.Proven experience developing or implementing tariff frameworks, pricing strategies, or commercial models.Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, financial modelling, and cost allocation principles.Experience identifying and analysing cost drivers to develop sustainable pricing structures.Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units.Experience working with government, semi-government, utilities, infrastructure, transport, or regulated industries is highly preferred.Experience working with regulatory bodies and preparing submissions for regulatory approval is advantageous.Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Experience from similar governmental organizations or similar regulated infrastructure or utility organizations would be highly preferred.Availability: Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
