The organization specialises in branding, exhibitions, events, films, immersive environments, and digital engagement, working with ministries, large corporations, and global expos.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Task Manager cum Business Analyst to monitor projects and workflows, analyze operational data, and ensure timely execution across teams. The role will work closely with Client Servicing, Creative, Production, Digital, and other internal teams.Requirements4–5 years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, Project Management, Operations, MIS, or Task/Project Coordination.Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis; experience with dashboards/reporting tools is preferred.Strong organizational, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with project/task management software.Experience in an advertising, creative, events, digital, or communications agency will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor tasks, deadlines, priorities, and project timelines through existing task-management software.Track pending and overdue tasks, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with teams for timely closure.Analyse task and project data to identify trends, workload gaps, delays, and areas for improvement.Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for management.Monitor team workload, turnaround time, project progress, and overall productivity.Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements.Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into clear tasks, timelines, and action points.Escalate critical delays and provide management with actionable insights.
