Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob DescriptionThe Analytical Resource Center (ARC) is NIQ's analytics hub based in Mumbai, partnering with client-facing teams across global markets to deliver high-quality research support and actionable business insights.The Task Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the EEMEA and India client service teams by leading analyst / associate development, ensuring delivery excellence, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy across research projects / tasks. This role combines people leadership, stakeholder management, and research expertise to drive operational effectiveness and team growth.Key Responsibilities:A) Training Coaching, and Quality AssuranceTrain and onboard new analysts / associates on NIQ & BASES proprietary tools, techniques and best practicesAsses technical capability gaps and facilitate targeted learning and development initiativesProvide ongoing coaching and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle and ad-hoc tasks to ensure successful execution and timely deliveryReview project / task deliverables with a strong focus on detail and error-free execution to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established standardsB) Team and Stakeholder Management Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to agreed internal / external deadlines and service expectationsDeveloping team members to take on next level responsibilitiesBuild strong partnerships with client service stakeholders and foster effective collaboration across functionsManage multiple priorities effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environmentCollaborate with Client Services, Tabulation, BASES Product Support, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project deliveryMaintain clear documentation, organized project records, and quality-control processesIdentify potential project risks or challenges and proactively resolve or escalate them when requiredDevelop and retain talent through effective performance management, recognition of high performers and doing timely interventions on low performersQualificationsPostgraduate degree with a specialization in Marketing or a related field2 to 3 years of experience in market research, analytics, or a related field.
