For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Job Description:JOB PURPOSE:To prepare, execute, and distribute all periodic financial statements to support the management in making accurate and well-informed strategic financial decisions, including assessing the level of compliance to ensure accounting activities comply with tax, Zakat, and laws. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Implement compliance with taxation and Zakat requirements to meet all requirements and departmental objectives.Execute all taxation activities to ensure alignment and tax compliance requirements.Implement systems and processes to monitor and mitigate identified taxation, zakat, and compliance risks.Determine possible risks to determine the impact on taxation, zakat, and compliance practices.Conduct research initiatives to remain updated on Zakat and tax regulations and requirements, comprehensively understand and recognize alterations in rules and regulations, and evaluate their potential impact on monitoring activities.Identify opportunities to enhance process improvement for tax compliance procedures.Identify non-compliance and violation issues and propose improvement recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.Perform any related duties or assignments as directed.Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.Provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team to fulfill all relevant procedural/legislative requirements while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.Prepare sectional statements and reports promptly and accurately to meet JCDC and department requirements, policies, and quality standards.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent professional certification and CPA.Experience:3-4 years of experience in a similar field.Job-Specific Skills:Foundational knowledge in Financial Reporting and Regulatory law assists in tasks under supervision.Foundational knowledge in financial information systems.Foundational knowledge in tax, and zakat laws.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present information.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology tools and software used within the organization.Demonstrates understanding of the cultural and professional environment in KSA and the GCC region.Good understanding of relevant market practices and applicable laws & regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply knowledge to ensure complianceFamiliarity with essential technical skills related to the role, with an ability to build competence through training and hands-on experience.Demonstrate proficiency in essential soft skills.Application Deadline: 30-September-2026Privacy Note:https://www.tcs.com/connect-with-tcs/privacy-policy
