Tax Information Exchange Analyst

Job PurposeTo support the Competent Authority’s obligations in Exchange of Information on Request (EOIR) and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI), as well as treaty-based cooperation, by processing incoming and outgoing information exchange requests in accordance with international standards, applicable domestic laws and regulations, and approved internal procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial screening of information exchange requests to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements, including the foreseeable relevance principle, scope of the request, and confidentiality requirements.Prepare draft responses and supporting documentation for review and approval.Receive, review, and process information exchange requests from foreign competent authorities under Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs), Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEAs), and multilateral agreements.Contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs), including turnaround times and quality standards.Strictly comply with confidentiality, data protection, and information security requirements.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant local authorities to obtain the required information within established timelines.Maintain accurate case management records, audit trails, and statistics for reporting purposes.Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.Support the implementation of other operational activities related to Exchange of Information on Request (EOIR) and other information exchange activities, as required.Professional CertificationsCertified Professional Qualification in Market RiskCertified Public Accountant (CPA)Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)UAE VAT Compliance DiplomaCertified Professional Compliance CertificateChartered Financial Analyst (CFA)Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) QualificationCertificate in Real Estate and Financial ModellingMaster’s Certificate in Financial ControlCertified Management Accountant (CMA)Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administrationBachelor’s degree in financial management
