Al-Tuhoo is committed to ongoing growth and to offering high-quality products and experiences to its customers.Role Description The Tea Boutique Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh. This role is responsible for welcoming and assisting customers in the tea boutique, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable tea products and accessories. The specialist will handle daily sales activities, including product demonstrations, upselling and cross-selling, managing point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities also include ensuring the boutique is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the team to replenish inventory. The role may involve supporting promotional events, educating customers on tea origins and brewing methods, and providing feedback to management on customer trends and product performance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage customers clearly and professionally and explain product features effectively.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating a customer-first mindset, patience, and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues courteously.Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to meet sales targets, perform upselling and cross-selling, and understand basic retail sales techniques.Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills, including supporting team training on products and sales practices and contributing to store performance initiatives.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in retail or boutique sales (tea, food, or specialty products), basic inventory and cash-handling skills, and a strong interest in tea and customer education.Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh on a full-time schedule, collaborate in a team environment, and communicate effectively in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
