This role includes assisting with instructional activities, reinforcing lessons under the guidance of certified teachers, and providing one-on-one or small-group support to students. The Teacher Aide helps manage classroom materials, prepares learning resources, and supports students with transitions, routines, and behavior expectations. Daily responsibilities may also include supervising students in hallways, cafeterias, and other common areas to ensure safety and a respectful environment.
