The team is preparing to welcome its first families and create a nurturing environment for young learners in Dubai.Role DescriptionWorking in a group under the guidance of an educator. Assistance in organizing the daily life of children, support during games, classes, care, and adaptation.QualificationsHigher education or experience in an Early Childhood Centre, nursery, or kindergarten if having at least full secondary education or its equivalent.Experience in ECC.Understanding the needs of children aged 1.5 to 5 years.Confident level of English for daily communication.Friendliness, patience, and ability to work in a team.Experience working in a Dubai kindergarten or in an international environment will be an advantage.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the educator in organizing the daily life and routine of the group.Accompanying children during games, classes, walks, mealtimes, and rest.Assistance in preparing materials, equipment, and space for classes.Assisting children in matters of personal hygiene and daily care.Accompanying children during transitions to other zones of the center: artistic, musical, sports, and others.Strict adherence to internal rules, work standards, scripts, and approved instructions of the center.Compliance with procedures for safeguarding, health and safety, wellbeing, positive behavior, and confidentiality.Participation in preparing group premises for the opening of the center and undergoing internal training.Maintaining order and safe organization of space in the group during the day.Assisting the educator in observing children and timely informing about changes in their well-being, behavior, or emotional state.Independently conducting individual play, creative, sensory, speech, and motor activities according to approved plans and outlines, as well as substituting for the educator in conducting classes and activities when necessary.Supporting children during the adaptation period, forming a calm and friendly atmosphere.Assistance in organizing routine moments: meeting children, preparation for a walk, mealtimes, daytime sleep, and handing over to parents.Promoting the development of children's independence, communication skills, self-care, and positive behavior.Participation in team meetings, internal training, and fulfilling the recommendations of the educator, psychologist, and inclusion coordinator.Schedule and Working ConditionsStart date: to be determined.Before opening, internships, space preparation, and onboarding are provided.Opportunity for professional development in the field of Early Childhood Education.Terms of cooperation and salary are discussed individually based on the interview results.
