With a strong focus on developing confident, future-ready learners, the school provides an inspiring environment where teachers are empowered to make a meaningful impact on student achievement and personal growth.We are currently seeking experienced teachers in the following subject areas:EnglishMathematicsBiologyPhysicsScience (Key Stage 3)About the RoleAs a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Key Stage 3 (Years 7–9) and Key Stage 4 (IGCSE/GCSE), with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 (AS & A Level) where appropriate.Working as part of a collaborative academic team, you will inspire students to achieve their full potential through innovative teaching, effective assessment and a commitment to academic excellence.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised universityRecognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, B.Ed. or equivalent)Minimum five (5) years of full-time teaching experience within a British or Cambridge International Curriculum school (essential)Proven experience teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (IGCSE/GCSE)Experience teaching AS & A Level is highly desirableNative-level proficiency in spoken and written English is essentialExcellent classroom management and student engagement skillsStrong understanding of assessment, differentiation and data-informed instructionDemonstrated ability to improve student learning outcomes and examination performanceConfidence integrating educational technology into classroom practiceInternational or UAE teaching experience is advantageousKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and challenging lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum and the National Curriculum for EnglandPlan, prepare and assess lessons that support outstanding student learning and academic progressDifferentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning stylesPrepare students for internal assessments and IGCSE/GCSE and AS & A Level examinations, where applicableMonitor student progress using assessment data and implement effective intervention strategiesEstablish a positive, inclusive and respectful classroom culture that promotes high expectations and student wellbeingWork collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum planning, moderation and continuous school improvementBuild positive partnerships with parents to support student development and achievementParticipate actively in school events, extracurricular activities and ongoing professional learningUphold the highest standards of safeguarding, child protection and professional conduct.The Ideal CandidateYou are a passionate educator who believes every student can succeed.
