The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include assessing student performance, maintaining accurate records, and providing constructive feedback to support progress. The Teacher will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes discipline, respect, and collaboration. Daily tasks also involve communicating with parents and guardians, participating in staff meetings and professional development, and contributing to school events and co-curricular activities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in CBSE or similar curricula.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and classroom management skills to design structured, learner-centered activities.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with families.Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to support student growth and contribute to peer development.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; professional teaching certification is preferred.Experience working in multicultural, inclusive school environments is beneficial.Ability to use basic educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.Demonstrated commitment to student well-being, ethical conduct, and continuous professional growth.
