Its hybrid model combines traditional schooling with modern, activity-based and experiential learning methods to prepare learners for global standards and future challenges.Role Description The Teacher role at Mentora Education is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American-based curriculum and EYFS framework, ensuring that learning is activity-based, experiential, and student-centered. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues and the wider school team to support curriculum development, participate in training and professional development, and communicate regularly with families and caregivers about learner progress. The role also involves integrating modern learning practices and educational technology to enhance student engagement and outcomes.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in student-centered and activity-based learning methodsProficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation aligned with American-based standards and EYFS frameworkEffective Communication skills for interacting with learners, families, and colleagues in a diverse school communityExperience in Training or mentoring learners, and supporting their academic, social, and emotional developmentRelevant teaching qualification or degree in Education or a related fieldPrevious classroom teaching experience, ideally in early years or primary settingsAbility to create an inclusive, supportive environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidenceComfort with using educational technology and hybrid learning methods
