The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom sessions, maintaining academic records, and supporting students through mentoring and guidance. The role also involves participating in departmental meetings, contributing to academic planning, and engaging in student-related activities such as seminars, workshops, and examinations. Teachers are expected to uphold the college’s academic standards and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to deliver subject content clearly and effectively.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, outcome-based classroom activities.Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, colleagues, and administration in a clear and professional manner.Relevant academic qualifications, typically a master’s degree in a related discipline; teacher training or certification is an advantage.Experience in college-level or secondary-level teaching, with a commitment to student-centered pedagogy.Ability to manage classrooms, use basic educational technology, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.Strong organizational skills, ethical conduct, and a willingness to participate in institutional development activities.
