EduXpert positions itself as a long-term partner for educational success in diverse learning environments.Role Description The Teacher will deliver high-quality classroom instruction, create engaging lesson plans, and assess student progress using a variety of tools and methods. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, teaching assigned subjects, managing classroom behavior, and providing regular feedback to students and guardians. The Teacher will collaborate with school leadership and colleagues, participate in training sessions organized by EduXpert, and contribute to curriculum development and improvement initiatives. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nigeria, with a combination of on-site teaching and some work-from-home tasks such as lesson planning, grading, and reporting. The Teacher is expected to promote an inclusive learning environment and support each learner’s academic and personal development.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven experience in delivering instruction to diverse learner groups.Ability to design effective Lesson Planning, aligning objectives, activities, and assessments with curriculum standards.Excellent Communication skills for engaging students, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining professional relationships with parents and guardians.Experience in Training, mentoring, or coaching learners and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.Relevant teaching certification or qualification; a degree in Education or related field is preferred.Demonstrated ability to use technology and digital tools to support teaching and learning in both classroom and remote settings.Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory classroom practices.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
