The role involves conducting interactive sessions, creating educational content, monitoring student progress, maintaining academic records, assigning and evaluating homework, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback. The ideal candidate should be committed to supporting student success while maintaining high academic and operational standards.Roles & Responsibilities• Conduct up to 5 sessions per day.• Create and develop educational content.• Audit sessions and provide feedback.• Maintain accurate student data and records.• Assign homework and evaluate/correct submissions.• Conduct student assessments and track performance.• Conduction of PTM.• Other Relatable works assigned by Reporting ManagersRequired Skill Set• Good knowledge of PowerPoint• Advance knowledge in MS Word & Spreadsheets• Working knowledge of Canva• Must be upgraded with knowledge of AI tools• Understanding of Technical featuresRequired Qualifications Degree in Science, Mathematics, English or B.E / B.TechExperience Required 0 – 5 Years in Online Teaching / Offline TeachingCompulsory Requirements:❖ Stable Wifi Connection❖ Laptop❖ Pentab❖ Noise Free EnvironmentWorking Hours 9 Hours Shift Timings Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PMSaturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
