Teacher - Hospital Management

Your RoleDeliver engaging sessions on Healthcare Management (HM) & AI, aligned with the academic curriculum.Teach key topics such as hospital operations, patient coordination, HR, billing, inventory, procurement, supply chain, digital literacy, AI, and healthcare data analytics.Clarify student doubts and help learners connect concepts with real-world healthcare scenarios.Conduct classroom activities, discussions, assessments, and provide regular feedback on student performance.Maintain attendance, academic records, and other required documentation.Work closely with the Campus Academics team to ensure smooth academic delivery.Implement feedback to continuously improve teaching and student learning outcomes.Who We’re Looking For-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration.Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare management practices.Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in healthcare is preferred.Good communication, classroom facilitation, and student engagement skills.Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or academic facilitation is preferred.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
