The team is preparing to welcome its first families and create a nurturing environment for young learners in Dubai.Role Description A professional Arabic language teacher who ensures the natural integration of the Arabic language and UAE culture into the daily life of children aged 1.5 to 5 years through games, classes, and daily communication.QualificationsBachelor's degree in preschool education, early development, Arabic language and literature, or a related pedagogical field.Or possession of a professional certificate in the field of early childhood development.Relevant experience working with early and preschool-aged children in a nursery, kindergarten, or Early Childhood Centre is desirable.Knowledge of English at a level sufficient for communication with colleagues, administration, and parents.Ability to conduct classes in a play form and adapt material to children's age.Understanding of the development characteristics of early and preschool-aged children.Responsibility, friendliness, creative approach, and ability to work in a team.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and implementation of an age-appropriate Arabic language program for children from 1.5 to 5 years old in accordance with the goals and educational approach of the center.Drawing up short-term and long-term lesson plans, taking into account the age, development level, and linguistic experience of children.Organization and conducting of play-based language classes, creative, musical, sensory, and motor activities in Arabic.Using songs, rhymes, stories, flashcards, books, visual materials, games, and daily phrases for natural introduction of children to the Arabic language.Daily integration of simple Arabic words and expressions into greetings, routine moments, transitions between classes, mealtimes, walks, and communication with children.Adaptation of content, duration, and format of classes for age groups and individual characteristics of children.Creation of a friendly language environment in which children feel confident and are introduced to the Arabic language without pressure.Integration of culture, traditions, values, symbols, and national identity of the UAE into the educational process.Preparation of thematic classes and activities dedicated to national holidays, significant dates, and cultural events of the UAE.Introducing children to basic elements of UAE culture through music, art, stories, traditions, symbols, and play projects.Observation of children's engagement, understanding, and language development during classes and daily communication.Maintaining records of children's progress, their interests, new words, and reactions to proposed activities.Providing educators and Academic Lead with information about children's language progress and recommendations for further support.Participation in the preparation of observations, children's portfolios, Learning Journals, and materials for meetings with parents within their area of responsibility.Supporting children during the adaptation period, using understandable words, gestures, visual prompts, and calm communication.Cooperation with group educators for including the Arabic language in weekly themes, projects, and daily routine.Providing educators and assistants with simple Arabic phrases, songs, and materials for use during the day.Interaction with assistants, psychologist, Inclusion Coordinator, and administration to support the individual needs of children.Preparation of educational materials, flashcards, thematic zones, books, games, and visual prompts in Arabic.Participation in organizing children's performances, holidays, open classes, exhibitions, and events for families.If necessary, participation in meetings with parents and providing feedback on the child's engagement and progress.Participation in team meetings, internal training, professional development, and planning the center's educational program.Compliance with rules of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, wellbeing, positive behavior, and confidentiality.Schedule and Work ConditionsStart date to be determined.Before opening, internships and internal training are provided, development of a language program, its integration into the schedule, and participation in preparing the center for the start of work.Terms of cooperation and salary are discussed individually based on the interview results.
