Teaching Assistant

Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in Dubai. The Teaching Assistant will support classroom teachers in delivering EYFS-aligned lessons, preparing learning materials, and organising classroom activities. Responsibilities include working directly with children in small groups or one-on-one, assisting with behaviour management, and reinforcing key concepts in literacy and numeracy. The role also involves supervising children during transitions, playtime, and outings, as well as helping to maintain a safe, tidy, and inclusive classroom environment. The Teaching Assistant will collaborate with educators to track student progress, provide feedback, and support communication with families as needed.Qualifications: CACHE Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years Education or Childcare is required.Minimum 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.Strong understanding of child development and early years learning frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and colleagues.Strong organisational and classroom support skills.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools is an advantage.
