The Teaching Assistant supports classroom teachers by helping deliver instructional activities, reinforcing lessons, and assisting with small-group and one-on-one student support. Daily responsibilities include preparing materials, helping manage classroom behavior, supervising students during transitions and activities, and supporting the implementation of lesson plans. The role also involves monitoring student progress, communicating observations to teaching staff, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Assistant Teaching and Education to effectively support classroom instruction and learning activities.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, educators, and families.Candidates should possess skills in Mathematics to assist with related lessons and student practice.Candidates should possess experience Working With Children and demonstrate patience, empathy, and a student-centered mindset.Additional beneficial qualifications include a high school diploma or higher (associate or bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred), basic computer literacy, ability to follow school policies and procedures, and capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.
