This role supports educators in delivering lessons, organizing classroom activities, and providing individual and small-group assistance to learners. Daily responsibilities include reinforcing learning objectives, helping students with assignments and projects, and offering additional guidance in subjects such as mathematics. The Teaching Assistant also assists in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, preparing learning materials, and monitoring student progress and engagement. Collaboration with teaching staff, participation in academic events, and contributing to continuous improvement of educational programs are core aspects of this role.QualificationsStrong skills in Assistant Teaching and Education, with the ability to support instructional activities and curriculum delivery.Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with students, educators, and guardians.Competence in Mathematics to assist learners with numeracy, problem-solving, and related academic tasks.Demonstrated experience Working With Children, with a supportive, respectful, and student-centered approach.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a structured classroom setting.Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools to support teaching and learning.Prior experience in a classroom, tutoring, or educational support role is an advantage.
