You will assist with lesson preparation, learner engagement, classroom activities, learning materials, progress tracking, and individualized academic support.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international learners, digital classrooms, and modern learning environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport teachers and instructors with online lessons, tutorials, workshops, and learning activities.Assist students with classwork, assignments, exercises, projects, and learning materials.Provide individualized support to learners who require additional guidance, clarification, or structured assistance.Help prepare presentations, worksheets, activities, digital resources, and other classroom materials.Monitor student participation, engagement, attendance, and academic progress.Maintain accurate learner records, progress notes, assessment information, and administrative documentation.Communicate professionally with teachers, coordinators, students, and parents or guardians where appropriate.Help facilitate online classroom activities, discussions, group exercises, and interactive learning sessions.Identify learning difficulties, participation concerns, or areas requiring additional support and communicate them to the appropriate educator.Provide constructive encouragement and help create a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.Support the implementation of individualized learning strategies and classroom routines where required.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, English, Business, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in teaching assistance, tutoring, education support, classroom support, training, or a related function is preferred.Previous experience supporting students in online or traditional learning environments is advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and supportive approach.Ability to explain instructions and learning concepts clearly to students with different levels of understanding.Familiarity with learning management systems, virtual classrooms, video conferencing platforms, digital learning tools, and productivity software.Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to monitor learner progress and maintain accurate educational records.Adaptable and comfortable supporting students with different learning styles and educational needs.Professional, reliable, empathetic, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and learning support responsibilities.Opportunities to work with international learners and modern digital education programs.Professional development through online teaching support, learner engagement, and educational content activities.Opportunities to strengthen classroom support, tutoring, digital learning, and student coordination skills.A collaborative environment focused on learner progress, accessibility, engagement, and continuous educational improvement.
