Company Description VKR, VNB & AGK College of Engineering is a self-financing institution established in 2008 by the General and Technical Education Society of Gudivada. The campus is spread over 15 acres on the outskirts of Gudivada, with departmental buildings, playfields, and staff and student amenities located within convenient walking distances. The college is committed to evolving with technological advancements and to preparing graduates with strong technical and professional competencies.Role Description The Teaching Faculty in CSE role is a full-time, on-site position located at VKR, VNB & AGK College of Engineering in Gudivada. The faculty member will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science and Engineering, including lectures, tutorials, labs, and project mentoring. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, assessing student performance, providing academic guidance, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and evaluations. The role also involves curriculum development aligned with university and industry standards, participation in departmental meetings, contribution to accreditation and quality assurance activities, and engagement in research or scholarly work as appropriate. Faculty are expected to support co-curricular activities, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Strong foundation in core Computer Science areas such as programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, operating systems, computer networks, and software engineering.Ability to design and deliver effective lectures and laboratory sessions, including preparation of syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment tools.Competence in guiding student projects, internships, and research activities, with an emphasis on emerging technologies and industry-relevant skills.Effective classroom management, student mentoring, and academic advising skills, with a commitment to inclusive and learner-centered pedagogy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for teaching, academic documentation, and professional collaboration.Postgraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering (e.g., M.Tech/M.E in CSE or related discipline); Ph.D. in Computer Science or allied field is preferred.Eligibility as per AICTE and JNTU Kakinada norms for teaching faculty positions and familiarity with university academic regulations.Experience with academic administration tasks such as examination coordination, accreditation documentation, and participation in committees is an advantage
