We have a global presence with offices in the greater Washington, D.C. area (USA), Frankfurt am Main (Germany), Montreal (Canada), and in Lisbon (Portugal) through our partner company Aeconos Lda. We are seeking a Team Assistant to support our growing business operations. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKSBusiness Development·       Provide general support to the Business Development Team ·       Maintain databases and file documents in Sharepoint·       Coordinate travel arrangements for staff·       Support with proofreading reports and proposals Human Resources·       Support HR operations with recruiting, scheduling, new hire orientation·       Maintenance of personnel and contractor files and related documentation (employment verifications, new hire paperwork, tax forms, confidentiality & contractual agreements)·       Track vacation and sick days·       Manage timesheets for staff and consultants·       Other related tasks as required by HR ManagerOffice Management ·       Answering phone calls, receiving mail and packages·       Monitoring office and ordering office supplies·       Contact suppliers and/or building management for any facility related issuesMiscellaneous Tasks·       Uploading survey questionnaires·       Survey quality control·       Coordination with survey companiesQUALIFICATIONS·       Bachelor’s Degree·       Some prior work experience in an office environment preferred·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office ·       Organizational skills and strong attention to detail·       Ability to prioritize, work independently and multi-task·       Fluency in English (written and spoken)·       Foreign language skills (French or Spanish) would be a plus·       Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.Please send your application letter with your detailed CV, references, and salary expectations to recruit@a2f-c.com.
