Team Leader – C9 Chocolate & Gelato, St Ives
Location: St Ives, NSWEmployment: Flexible, Full time, Part-time or CasualAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to help run our C9 Chocolate & Gelato store in St Ives.We already serve gelato, frozen yoghurt, waffles, sundaes and other desserts, and we’re looking to expand and improve our dessert range.You’ll work alongside the team, lead by example and help us maintain great service, quality and presentation while taking our dessert offering to the next level.Your Craft● Lead the team during shifts and keep the store running smoothly● Serve customers and deliver great customer service● Prepare and present gelato, frozen yoghurt, waffles, sundaes and desserts● Help develop and introduce new dessert products● Train and support team members● Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety● Assist with opening, closing, stock control and ordering● Keep the team organised and efficient during busy periodsAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who is:● Friendly, energetic and reliable● Confident leading a small team● Hands-on and happy to work alongside the team● Passionate about desserts and hospitality● Creative and interested in developing new dessert ideas● Well organised and able to work calmly when busy● Available for weekends and some eveningsHospitality, café, gelato or dessert experience is preferred.
