We're expanding our team and are looking for passionate and experienced Team Leaders to join us in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience and leading your team to success.Key Responsibilities:• Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve operational and service excellence.• Ensure outstanding customer service by maintaining the highest hospitality standards.• Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support employee development.• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards at all times.• Coordinate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.Preferred Qualifications:✔ Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.✔ Background in Hotel, Hospitality, or F&B is highly preferred.✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.✔ Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.✔ Able to work in a fast-paced environment.✔ Available to join immediately.📍 Locations: Dubai & Abu DhabiIf you're ready to take the next step in your career and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!
