The ideal candidate has strong sales leadership experience, deep knowledge of the local market, and a proven ability to recruit, coach, and manage high-performing agents.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and mentor real estate agentsSet and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the teamCoach agents on sales techniques, negotiation, and client relationship managementConduct regular team meetings and one-on-one performance reviewsEnsure all listings and transactions comply with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and DLD (Dubai Land Department) regulationsOversee accurate documentation (e.g., Form A/B/F, Ejari, title deeds) throughout transactionsCollaborate with management on marketing strategy, lead generation, and portal listings.Resolve escalated client or transaction issuesBuild a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team cultureReport team performance metrics to senior managementRequirementsValid RERA certificationMinimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE market, with prior team leadership experience preferredStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsIn-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, key developments, and regulatory framework (RERA/DLD)Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills (English required; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or other languages a plus)Proficiency with CRM systems and property portals
