The Team Lead will oversee a team of accommodation advisors or operations specialists, ensuring service quality, target achievement, and adherence to processes. Responsibilities include monitoring daily performance, providing coaching and feedback, managing workflows, and resolving escalated student or partner issues promptly and professionally. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as sales, partner relations, and customer support) to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the student experience. The Team Lead will also analyze data, prepare performance reports, contribute to process improvements, and help onboard and train new team members.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with students, partners, and internal stakeholders.Experience in customer service, operations, or sales in a fast-paced environment, preferably in edtech, travel, real estate, or accommodation services.Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven process improvements.Proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaboration platforms).Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working in a diverse, multicultural environment and a strong focus on delivering inclusive, student-centric service.Prior team handling experience of 5-7 years is a must.
