Location: PuneExperience: 5–8 YearsCTC: Up to ₹14 LPAJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Contracts to manage contract drafting, review, validation, compliance, and contract lifecycle management while leading a contracts team.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, validate, and manage various types of contracts and agreements.Handle commercial, vendor, client, employment, and service agreements.Ensure contractual documentation complies with company policies and applicable legal requirements.Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and documentation.Identify contractual risks and coordinate with legal, HR, procurement, finance, and business teams.Lead, mentor, and manage team members to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.Support contract negotiations and resolve contractual issues with relevant stakeholders.Mandatory Skills5–8 years of experience in contract management, contract drafting, review, and validation.Hands-on experience with commercial, vendor, client, employment, or service agreements.Knowledge of contract compliance, risk assessment, and contract lifecycle management.Team handling, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office.
