Team Lead, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:-Lead a team of corporate bankers to drive growth across lending and transaction banking.Manage overall portfolio P&L with a strong focus on risk-adjusted returns and sustainable revenue.Partner with coverage teams to originate and execute complex financing solutions, including M&A advisory, capital markets, treasury, and transaction banking.Oversee end-to-end credit processes, including structuring, approvals, documentation, and ongoing monitoring.Maintain strong credit quality and regulatory governance standards.Build and deepen client relationships, ensuring delivery of tailored financial solutions.Collaborate across internal teams and the Bank’s global network to unlock client opportunities.Requirements:-Degree-qualified; experience managing GLCs and large corporates is highly advantageous.10–15 years’ experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking, with exposure to lending, trade finance, global markets, loan syndication, DCM, leveraged finance, or M&A.Proven leadership track record with strong credit and financial analysis capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead deal teams.Strategic thinker, self-driven, and commercially astute.Strong team player with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
