We are looking for someone who takes ownership of client outcomes — growth, account health, retention and expansion — while building a team of analysts into independent owners.You will be the single point of accountability for your accounts, bringing together marketplace growth, quick commerce, Amazon DSP and AMC to become a trusted e-commerce growth partner to clients.Key Responsibilities:Own 3-5 client accounts end-to-end across GMV, advertising performance, profitability and account health.Build and drive quarterly growth plans covering marketplace strategy, media, promotions and launches.Lead full-funnel performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.Lead Amazon DSP & AMC strategy — audience design, retargeting, measurement and incrementality.Own KPIs including Revenue, ROAS, ACoS/TACoS, CVR, CTR, share of voice and new-to-brand growth.Act as the senior day-to-day client partner, lead business reviews and own performance escalations.Lead and coach a 3–5 member pod, improving both delivery quality and individual ownership.Own client retention and renewals, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Use dashboards, automation and AI to make delivery smarter and more scalable.Key Skills & Experience:3–6 years in e-commerce / quick commerce performance marketing, marketplace management or brand growth.Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads (AMS), Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and Quick Commerce advertising.Experience directly owning client relationships and business outcomes.Experience leading or mentoring at least one team member.Strong understanding of Seller Central, Vendor Central, marketplace operations and account health.Strong Excel/data fluency with confidence managing budgets and performance metrics.Clear communication and the maturity to handle senior clients and difficult conversations.What Will Set You ApartYou’ve turned around an underperforming account, grown a client beyond its original scope, built something reusable such as a dashboard/SOP/automation, or worked across multiple marketplaces and categories.Growth at NuvoretailThis role sits at the Ownership → Leadership stage of Nuvoretail’s career path.
