Our client, one of the most established online trading platforms globally, serving millions of clients across more than 190 countries, is seeking a Team Lead Front-end Engineer to join its team based in Athens or Thessaloniki.The RoleYou will split your time between hands-on development and leading a frontend team, building and maintaining Angular applications, driving architecture decisions, and setting the standard for code quality through reviews and mentoring. You will work closely with Team Leaders, Architects, Product Owners, and UX/UI designers to align on product vision and delivery priorities, and you will be the person the team looks to for both technical direction and day-to-day guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Angular applications while leading a frontend teamDrive architecture decisions and set the standard for code qualityConduct code reviews and mentor team membersCollaborate with Team Leaders, Architects, Product Owners, and UX/UI designersAlign on product vision and delivery prioritiesProvide technical direction and day-to-day guidance to the teamWhat You'll BringProven experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead, ideally in an Agile environmentDeep expertise in Angular and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of RxJS, NgRx, and the Angular component lifecycleSolid understanding of front-end architecture and scalable UI designProficiency in HTML, SCSS, and REST API integrationStrong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principlesExperience with Git workflows in a collaborative engineering teamNice to HaveFamiliarity with Tailwind CSS or Angular MaterialExperience with the Ionic FrameworkExposure to AWS servicesWhat's in it for YouBase salary of €5,700 to €6,100 gross/month.
