Team Lead - Projects (Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial)

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee a team responsible for supporting the execution of external / customer faced projects (Electrical / Industrial / Manufacturing) within a global industrial organization operating in the electrical, manufacturing, engineering, machinery, industrial automation, energy, and infrastructure sectors.This role is ideal for a people leader with a strong background in costumer faced projects, project coordination, customer solutions, engineering projects, or industrial project management. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team responsible for project support activities.Ensure efficient daily operations and alignment with project goals.Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Monitor project progress, reporting, documentation, risks, and budgets.Ensure project governance, processes, and tools are consistently followed.Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders.Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in project management, project operations, customer solutions, or engineering project environments.Proven people leadership experience.Experience within Electrical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Machinery, Industrial Automation, Utilities, Energy, Data Centre or related industry.Knowledge of project management methodologies and ERP systems.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent English.The successful lead will build a high-performing project support team, strengthen project governance, improve operational efficiency, and help ensure customer projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
