Title: QC Team Lead of Microbiology

Location: Berlin, GermanyI’m currently working on an exciting Team Lead Microbiology opportunity, with a large molecule CDMO based in Berlin.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team and having the opportunity to build and shape a team from the start.What you’ll be doing:Lead and develop the microbiology QC teamOversee day-to-day GMP QC activitiesManage microbiological method validation and verificationReview SOPs, protocols and reportsHandle deviations, OOX investigations and auditsWork closely with international customers and partnersHelp improve processes and establish laboratory standardsWhat they’re looking for:Degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology or similar2+ years' experience within a GMP microbiology/QC environmentPrevious team leadership experience is advantageous but not necessaryStrong knowledge of microbiological testing and GMPExperience with deviations/OOXFluent German and English is a mustReach out to me on cameron.mills@discoverinternational.com or via LinkedIn with any questions!
