Team Lead (Russian Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Lead to lead, manage, and grow our sales team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the real estate sales team.Set sales targets and monitor team performance.Generate leads and support agents in closing deals.Train and coach team members on sales and property knowledge.Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.Prepare sales reports and ensure targets are achieved.Requirements:4+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales.Experience in both Offplan & SecondaryPrevious team leadership/management experience preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Good knowledge of the UAE property market.Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.Salary & Commission:Fixed Salary + Attractive CommissionPerformance-based incentives and bonuses.Career growth opportunities.
