Role Summary

The QA leader dedicated to customer-facing channels and digital touchpoints. Responsible for ensuring seamless, omnichannel customer journeys, localized UI/UX perfection, and secure digital authentication.

Key Responsibilities

Omnichannel QA Delivery: Govern testing execution across internet and mobile banking platforms (Finacle IBMB, DigiPortal), ensuring responsive design and cross-device compatibility.Customer Journey Validation: Direct comprehensive testing for digital communication and service portals.Conversational AI & Telephony: Oversee the validation of automated customer service channels, including Call Center/IVR, ChatBot, and SMS gateways.Digital Middleware & Security: Ensure seamless integration testing for E-Channels middleware and robust validation of digital authentication tools.Core Skill Set: Mobile/Web Quality Assurance, omnichannel banking workflows, API/Middleware testing.
