Our software solutions help commercial printers, packaging converters, and other print-service providers automate and optimize production in more than 70 countries worldwide.ApogeeIQ connects business and production systems, automates workflows, streamlines prepress and production operations, and improves color, quality, and production visibility.Sales Team Lead:This is a player-coach position: you will lead a compact commercial team while continuing to develop an individual territory and carry a personal sales quota.The team comprises four field Sales Executives, one Inside Sales representative, one pre-sales and one Marketing Specialist focused on lead-generation programs.This is a hands-on first-line leadership role rather than a desk-based Sales Director or VP position. It is well suited to a strong software seller who enjoys coaching colleagues, using CRM data to improve execution and remaining directly involved in customers and deals.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and PerformanceSteer the day-to-day activity of four field Sales Executives, using Salesforce as the source of truth for accounts, activities, opportunities, next steps, pipeline and forecasts.Run regular one-to-one meetings, pipeline and deal reviews, and joint customer calls; coach representatives on prospecting, discovery, value selling, negotiation and closing.Set clear expectations and follow up on activity quality, opportunity progression, conversion, forecast accuracy and revenue performance.Individual Territory and Revenue OwnershipOwn and develop an assigned territory and deliver against an individual sales quota.Create new pipeline through prospecting and disciplined follow-up of marketing- and Inside Sales-generated leads.Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery through solution positioning, proposal, negotiation and closing.Maintain accurate, timely CRM records and provide a reliable forecast for your territory.Measures of SuccessAchievement of the individual sales quota and contribution to the team target.Healthy pipeline coverage, opportunity progression, conversion and forecast accuracy across the team.Ideal BackgroundWe are particularly interested in candidates with sales experience in the printing and graphic arts ecosystem, including commercial printing, packaging, labels or newspaper production, and a strong understanding of software-driven workflow automation.Relevant backgrounds may include print and packaging technology providers, software vendors or specialist resellers such as Esko, Kodak, Fujifilm, ePS/EFI, Hybrid Software, Tharstern, CERM, PrintVis, Heidelberg, HP, Durst, Xeikon, Dataline or Avanti Systems.Must-Have Qualifications5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 4 years with printing, packaging, prepress, workflow or production technology.Strong understanding of print production workflows, workflow automation and MIS environments.A direct, supportive leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, hold people accountable and lead by example.Strong command of CRM-based sales management, pipeline inspection and forecasting; practical Salesforce experience is highly desirable.Based in USA, legally authorized to work in the country of employment and willing to travel regularly across the region.Preferred QualificationsAn established network within commercial print, packaging, labels, newspapers or adjacent production environments.Why Join ECO3Take a visible role in shaping and growing ECO3's North American software business.Lead and develop a team without stepping away from customers and selling.Work with a strong software innovation roadmap and help customers modernize print production.Collaborate with a global team serving customers in more than 70 countries.Receive competitive compensation with performance-based incentives reflecting both leadership and individual sales responsibility.
