Job Title: Team Lead – US Recruitment (Pharma / Life Sciences)Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-timeShift: Night Shift (EST/CST Hours)About the Role:We are expanding our US Recruitment Division and looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of recruiters while driving successful delivery for Pharma and Life Sciences staffing requirements in the US market.If you have a strong background in US Recruitment, deep domain knowledge in Pharma or Life Sciences, and a passion for leading teams — this role is built for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targetsHandle complete recruitment life cycle for US requirements — from sourcing to onboardingAllocate requirements within the team and monitor daily recruitment activities and delivery performanceSource candidates through job portals, databases, references, networking, and other recruitment channelsScreen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, domain expertise, experience, communication, and cultural fitmentEnsure quality submissions within defined turnaround time and maintain strong pipeline managementCoordinate with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closuresTrack team performance metrics, prepare reports, and share updates with managementTrain and guide team members on sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and market trendsDrive team motivation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiativesMeet or exceed weekly and monthly team goalsRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment with team handling exposureStrong domain knowledge in Pharma and / or Life SciencesExperience with VMS / MSP preferredStrong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a target-driven night shift environment (EST/CST)Self-motivated, committed team player with a positive attitudeOther Benefits & PerksBoth Side Cab Facility (No cabs in Vadodara)Medical & Accidental InsuranceRecurring IncentivesRewards & Recognition Programs – Monthly & Annual
